  • Shipping Partners: We ship all orders via reliable courier partners through Shiprocket, including services like Delhivery, India Post, Blue Dart, and others.
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided to you once your order is shipped. You can track your parcel online.
  • Shipping Charges: We do not offer free shipping. Shipping charges are calculated based on weight and location during checkout or on WhatsApp orders.
  • Shipping Coverage: We ship across India and also offer international shipping after WhatsApp inquiry and confirmation.
  • Preferred Courier Choice: Customers can request a preferred delivery partner if that service is available in Jetpur city.

Typically, orders are delivered within 1–3 days in Gujarat and 4–12 days in other states. International shipping timelines may vary based on location and courier services.


🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the wholesale nature of our business and the significant shipping costs involved, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted.

Damaged Item Policy

We only consider return or exchange in case of genuine damage, and even then, approval is rare because:

  • All products are carefully checked and double-verified before dispatch.
  • Ethnic wear is handmade, and minor imperfections are normal and expected in handcrafted products.
  • Such issues do not qualify as damage.

If You Receive a Damaged Product

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Send clear photos and video proof of the damaged item.
  3. Cotton Point will evaluate the issue, and we will make a final decision based on the evidence.

📝 Cotton Point reserves full right to:

  • Approve or reject the return,
  • Offer a discount on the next order,
  • Provide an exchange or partial refund,
  • Or decline the damage claim if not justified.

Note:
Product damage or parcel issues are extremely rare — our damage rate is less than 0.01%.
All catalog products are sold as-is, and we receive no claims from suppliers, so our sales are final.
Cotton Point’s evaluation and decision will be final and binding for any damage or return requests.
