1. Order Process
At Cotton Point, orders are primarily handled through WhatsApp inquiry. Customers first contact us on WhatsApp to confirm product availability. Once confirmed, you can place your order either via WhatsApp or through our website. If you place an order on the website, we will contact you to confirm stock availability before processing your order. If a product is out of stock, we will either offer a full refund or help you select an alternative product from our latest catalog.
2. Payment Methods
We accept online payments and UPI. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an advance payment covering delivery and Return to Origin (RTO) charges is required. Advance payments are non-refundable under any circumstances. RTO charges will be deducted from your total bill if applicable.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times vary by location. Delivery typically takes 1 to 3 days within Gujarat and 4 to 12 days for locations outside Gujarat. Please note that these are estimated timelines and actual delivery times may vary depending on the shipping partner and location.
4. Shipping Delays and Lost Packages
Cotton Point operates as a wholesaler with low-profit margins to offer affordable prices. In case of lost packages, we will only reimburse the amount paid by our shipping partner for the lost shipment. We are not responsible for any additional losses or claims.
If you select India Post as your shipping partner, please be aware that Cotton Point is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft during transit.
Shipping delays are the responsibility of the delivery partner. Cotton Point will assist as a mediator between you and the shipping company but cannot be held liable for delays.
5. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the wholesale nature of our business and associated shipping costs, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.
Returns or exchanges will only be considered in cases where the item is damaged. Cotton Point will evaluate the damage based on photos and videos provided by the customer. If the damage is confirmed, we may offer a full refund, exchange, or a discount on your next order. Please note that Cotton Point’s decision regarding returns and exchanges is final. Customers must accept and follow Cotton Point’s evaluation and final decision on damaged products.
We ensure that all items are carefully checked and dispatched in perfect condition. Since suppliers do not provide claims on catalog items, sales are considered final.
6. User Accounts
Customers may create accounts on our website. We are responsible for securing your account information and ensuring the privacy of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
Cotton Point’s logos and original images are our intellectual property and protected accordingly. However, customers are free to use product images for selling purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
Cotton Point is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. This includes, but is not limited to, website downtime, data loss, or issues related to product quality and delivery.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jetpur city.
10. Changes to Terms
Cotton Point reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
